Using the Calendar View
Navigate your schedule with the visual calendar to see all your appointments at a glance.
Calendar View
The calendar provides a visual overview of your schedule.
Accessing the Calendar
Click Calendar View in your dashboard to switch from list view to calendar.
Navigation
- Use the arrows to move between weeks or months
- Click Today to jump to the current date
- Click any appointment to view details
Color Coding
Appointments are color-coded by status:
- Blue: Confirmed appointments
- Yellow: Pending approval
- Green: Completed
- Red: Cancelled or no-show
Exporting Your Calendar
Click Export Calendar to download your schedule in iCal format. You can import this into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
