Learn how to approve, decline, and manage incoming appointment requests.
Managing Appointments
Depending on your business settings, appointments may require approval before being confirmed.
Pending Appointments
If approval is required, new bookings appear as "Pending." You can:
- Approve: Confirm the appointment
- Decline: Reject the request (customer will be notified)
Adding Notes
Click on any appointment to add private notes. These are only visible to you and the business owner—not to customers.
Marking Completion Status
After an appointment:
- Mark Completed: The appointment was successfully completed
- Mark No-Show: The customer didn't show up
Canceling Appointments
If you need to cancel, click Cancel on the appointment. The customer will receive an email notification.
