These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including business owners ("Business Users") and their customers ("Customer Users").

2. Description of Service

Bookin' Cloud provides an online appointment scheduling and booking platform that enables:

• Business Users to manage their appointments, staff, services, and customer relationships
• Customer Users to discover businesses, book appointments, and manage their bookings
• Communication between Business Users and Customer Users regarding appointments

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Business User account. Customer Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Business Users

4.1 Business Responsibilities

As a Business User, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business, services, and availability
• Honor appointments booked through the Service
• Maintain appropriate licenses and permits required for your services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws

4.2 Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Customer Users

5.1 Booking Responsibilities

As a Customer User, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when booking appointments
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Comply with the policies of the businesses you book with

5.2 Relationship with Businesses

Bookin' Cloud facilitates connections between Customer Users and Business Users but is not a party to any agreement between them. Any disputes regarding services should be resolved directly between the parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

6.1 Bot Protection

This site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 to reduce spam and abuse. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bookin' Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKINCLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

10. Termination
