BookInCloud offers flexible plans to match your business needs.

Available Plans

  • Free: Perfect for getting started with up to 10 appointments per month
  • Basic: Ideal for small businesses with up to 100 appointments per month
  • Pro: Built for busy businesses with up to 500 appointments per month

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to Dashboard → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and renewal date.

Upgrading Your Plan

Need more appointments? Upgrade anytime from the Billing page. Your new limits take effect immediately.

Monthly Quota

Your appointment quota resets on the first day of each month. You'll receive an email notification when you're approaching your limit.

Note: Walk-in appointments only count against your quota if you enable reminders for them.
